Is there a free trial available?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. Our VR games are part of a blended soft skills training program, and the setup and deployment are carried out after finalizing the collaboration opportunity and creating the necessary access. However, we can provide demonstrations at companies, events, and meetings. We also offer the opportunity to co-create experiences and develop technology in collaboration with any client who has a need that aligns with our teaching methodology. We have the technical team to offer comprehensive solutions that elevate human development to another level.

Can I change my plan later?

Of course. Our pricing scales with your company and with our portfolio of solutions and games releases. Contact our friendly team to find a better plan that works for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things change. You can cancel your VR plan at any time and we will not be able to refund you the difference already paid but we will not generate any extra expenses.

What type of technology developments are you currently offering?

At the moment, we are working on technology development in three areas:
VR development and web development for educational purposes. We also have a unit focused on developing virtual tours and audiovisual and 3D content.

What other services does Gallumphing specialize in?

At Gallumphing, we have multidisciplinary specialists who form the essence of our value proposition. We originated as an educational center, and our focus remains on impacting human capital development and all the associated contexts.
That’s why we provide:
Advisory and consulting services in the design of immersive experiences and study programs, applying our teaching and training methodologies. We understand the challenges companies face when it comes to innovation and digital transformation.
Our team assists in change management strategy, internal communication, as well as agile implementation and product and service development.
We have a strategic alliance with the Extended Studies division of the University of San Diego, California. This allows us to help subject-matter experts certify, standardize, and disseminate their independent courses, enabling them to monetize their expertise. Similarly, we co-create courses and learning programs with universities and companies, subjecting them to the same validation process by USD’s Extended Studies division, aiding in their commercial or internal distribution.
We’re also part of HEXIS, an adaptive learning platform developed by us for a client outside Argentina. This platform enables distribution, curation, uploading, and the creation of personalized learning paths. With this platform, along with our proprietary content, methodology, and technology, we assist companies in generating content, solving challenges, and addressing their case scenarios and learning, training, and development needs.

In which countries are you located?

Our headquarters are currently located in Córdoba, Argentina.
We have commercial operations and advisory services in Perú, Colombia, and México.
Currently, we are developing technology for the United States and have no limitations in moving within and outside Argentina with our blended training offerings and VR exhibitions.
Our in-person services can be extended to any Spanish-speaking country, and our digital services are entirely managed remotely.
The Outdoor Experience services are tailored for Cordoba and can be fully replicated in any city across Latin America.

What type of training or coaching do you provide?

We apply Experiential learning which is an educational approach based on the idea that people learn best by actively engaging in concrete experiences, reflecting on those experiences, and then deriving meanings and lessons from them. Instead of passively receiving information, experiential learning encourages individual participation in real-world situations.
This approach is founded on the experiential learning cycle proposed by David Kolb, consisting of four stages:
1. Concrete experience: Involves engaging in a practical activity or situation that is meaningful and relevant for learning.
2. Reflective observation: After the experience, participants are encouraged to reflect on what they have encountered, analyze their thoughts and feelings, and consider how it relates to their prior knowledge.
3. Abstract conceptualization: In this stage, participants attempt to conceptualize and draw general conclusions from their observations and reflections. They seek broader patterns and meanings in their experience.
4. Active experimentation: Participants apply the conclusions and concepts derived from the previous stage to new situations or concrete experiences. This completes the cycle, as the new experience becomes the basis for future reflections and learning.

What kind of skills can be developed?

Regarding the skills developed through experiential learning, they can be diverse and vary based on the nature of the experience and learning objectives. Some key skills commonly nurtured by this approach include:
1. Problem-solving: Experiential learning requires participants to address real-world challenges, fostering the development of creative and effective problem-solving skills.
2. Critical thinking: Constant reflection on lived experiences promotes the ability to analyze, question, and evaluate situations from different perspectives.
3. Informed decision-making: By facing real situations and reflecting on them, individuals learn to make evidence-based and experience-driven decisions.
4. Effective communication: The need to express and share observations, reflections, and conclusions nurtures verbal and written communication skills.
5. Teamwork and collaboration: Many experiential learning experiences involve group work, aiding in developing collaboration, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
6. Self-awareness and self-discovery: Deep reflection on concrete experiences can lead to better understanding of oneself, values, strengths, and areas for improvement.
7. Adaptability and flexibility: Confronting a variety of situations and challenges helps participants develop the ability to adapt to different contexts and circumstances.
